Hello, I’m Victor Armando Bernace.

I have a wide range of experience that I’ll use as your next city council person: high school teacher, union delegate, international human rights and civil rights experience, prosecuted criminals for the DA’s office, and management experience. 

A typical politician would now give you a LONG laundry list of everything that they’ll do or take credit for. ******

Well——-I’m going to give you just—— ONE idea.

Have you ever woken up very early or walked the city streets late at night——— it feels magical ——— it feels magical because there are NO CARS.  We can create that small town feeling here without CARS.

We have the infrastructure necessary to lead our nation to a greener future.  We should simply eliminate all vehicle traffic and make public transportation——FREE.*********

Imagine a city without ———VEHICLE NOISE, imagine all the polluted air ——-GONE,  imagine the health benefits for you and your children ….. the billions of dollars saved on health care alone.
